Unlocking Advantages for Your Business

New

Brand-new, featuring the latest technology, backed by a comprehensive factory warranty, and representing the highest initial investment

Used DeHart Certified

Meticulously restored through a frame-up rebuild by a certified dealer. It comes with a limited warranty, offering an optimal balance of proven reliability and significant cost savings.

Used Reconditioned / Repaired

Specific critical components are repaired or replaced to ensure reliable operation. This provides notable cost savings but carries a degree of inherent, often unknown, operational risk

Used As-Is

A previously owned baler, typically sold “as-is” at the lowest price point, representing the highest operational risk without guarantees.

Key Differences

  • Recondition /Repair  Rebuild is performed on an “as-needed” basis, focused upon ensuring that the baler operates properly rather than addressing all repairs which may be needed.

  • DeHart Certified Rebuild is a more thorough process that requires complete disassembly, allowing for deeper inspections and adherence to stricter tolerances.

    • Additional parts will be replaced, more wear liners will be addressed, and adhering to tighter tolerances similar to a new machine.

    • Following disassembly, more potential issues will be discovered and resolved, leading to a more reliable long-term outcome.

Which Option is Right for You?

If you need the baler back in service quickly with essential repairs, a Recondition/Repair Rebuild may be the best option.

If long-term reliability and performance are priorities, or if downtime is costly, the DeHart Certified Rebuild ensures a more complete restoration.

Our Certification Process

The only way to truly evaluate the machine’s condition is to strip it down. This is how we begin our rebuild process; by tearing down the machine. Once the machine is stripped(disassembled) down to the frame, the structure is steam-cleaned then thoroughly inspected for cracks, wear and tolerances.

Structural Certification

Structural components with notable wear are replaced.

Wear surfaces are inspected and replaced as needed.

Steel wear surfaces are replaced or upgraded to 400 hardness abrasion-resistant steel.

Floors, walls, chambers areas, plates, shafts and others are checked to ensure they are straight, square and within tolerances.

We check for structural enhancements for models manufactured in later years and make modifications and reinforcements to improve the machine.
